What materials do you use? Are they imported? What about hardness and service life?
We use original imported high-grade steel from Germany and Japan, including SKD11, SKD61, SKH51, ASP23, S136. With professional heat treatment and fine processing, our products feature stable hardness, high wear resistance and ultra-long service life for mass production.
What is your processing precision? What equipment do you use to guarantee quality?
We adopt advanced German, Japanese and Taiwan precision equipment such as CNC centers, deep hole drills, EDM and precision grinding machines. The processing tolerance can reach ±0.005mm, ensuring all products smooth, burr-free, dimensionally stable and no deformation.
Can you customize mold parts? Do you accept non-standard and small batch orders?
Yes, we support full OEM & ODM customization for standard and non-standard mold parts, inserts, guide components and fixtures. We accept drawing production in DWG, STP, IGS, PDF formats, with no MOQ limit for sample, small batch and bulk orders.
Can you customize, repair and upgrade injection screws?
Custom injection screws and feed rods are our core business. We can produce new screws strictly per drawings, and provide screw renovation, modification, repair, nitriding and hard chrome plating surface strengthening services.
Do you have quality certification and inspection standards?
