Blow molding mold

Features: Using compressed air to inflate and fit the plastic preform onto the inner wall of the mold, forming a hollow product; The mold structure is simple and often made of carbon steel or aluminum alloy. ‌

Application areas: Packaging containers such as beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles, oil drums, as well as industrial components such as automotive fuel tanks and ventilation pipes.

Extrusion mold

Features: By rotating the screw and applying pressure, the plastic is continuously molded through the mouth mold, resulting in high production efficiency; The mouth mold design determines the cross-sectional shape (such as circular or irregular), and some areas can be embedded with wear-resistant materials.

Application areas: Production of continuous profiles such as pipes, plates, cable sheaths, and door and window profiles.

Blister mold

Features: The heated and softened plastic sheet is molded into the mold cavity through vacuum negative pressure or compressed air; The mold material is mostly cast aluminum or non-metallic materials (such as resin), with low cost. ‌

Application areas: Thin walled products such as disposable lunch boxes, food trays, and toy packaging liners.

Compression molding mold

Features: Thermosetting plastics are pressed into shape through high temperature and high pressure, including compression molding and injection molding; Preheat the mold (about 100-150 ℃) and solidify it after pressing. ‌

Application areas: Thermosetting products such as electrical plugs, pot handles, bottle caps, as well as resin lenses and steering wheel foam parts.

Foam mold

Features: Use expandable polystyrene (EPS) material to expand and shape lightweight foam products by steam heating; The mold needs to be designed with exhaust holes to release foaming gas.
